4. Pricing and Payment

6. Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

Effects of withdrawal:

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Defective or wrong products:
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement within a reasonable time. Please contact us immediately.

7. Warranty
