This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed by individual consumers (B2C) on www.conpuvon.shop (the “Site”), operated by Suqian Xinhong International Trading Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy covers shipments to destinations in Europe (including EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway) and the United States (including all 50 states, excluding U.S. territories unless otherwise arranged).
1. Important Note on Shipping Costs for Medical Products
All products sold on our Site are medical devices or medical‑grade equipment. Due to the nature of these products – including strict handling requirements, temperature sensitivity (for certain items), specialized packaging, insurance, and compliance with international medical shipping regulations – shipping costs are very high. The rates listed below reflect actual carrier fees plus our handling and compliance costs. We do not offer free shipping on any order, regardless of order value or quantity.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China and major holidays in the destination country).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Beijing time will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We use only reliable international carriers experienced in medical shipments, including:

Carrier selection depends on the destination and the specific product’s shipping requirements. All shipments are fully trackable and insured against loss or damage.
4. Shipping Costs by Region
There is no free shipping option. The following flat rates apply to all orders, regardless of size or weight (unless a product requires oversized packaging – in that case, we will notify you before processing).

Note: These rates are already subsidized by us where possible. The actual carrier cost for shipping medical devices is often higher; we charge a flat rate to simplify your checkout experience. For remote or hard‑to‑reach areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, certain islands), an additional surcharge may apply. We will contact you before confirming the order.
5. Delivery Time Estimates

United States: 8-17 business days after dispatch

Europe: 7-10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipment date (not order date). We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, as customs clearance or carrier delays may occur. However, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor progress.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because we ship medical devices, customs authorities in the US and Europe may require additional documentation or inspections. This is normal and may add 1–3 business days to delivery.
United States:

For most orders under $800 USD, no customs duties apply (de minimis).

For orders above $800 USD, you may be asked to pay import duties. We will notify you in advance if this applies.
Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway):

For orders with a total value up to €150 (or £135 for the UK), we collect VAT at checkout via IOSS (Import One‑Stop Shop). You will not pay extra upon delivery.

For orders above €150 (or above £135 for the UK), we ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. The carrier will collect import VAT and possible duties before releasing the package. You are responsible for those charges.

For Switzerland and Norway, local VAT and handling fees may apply – you are responsible for them.
Important: You agree to pay any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees not collected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also track your order by contacting us at [info@conpuvon.com].
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within 20 business days from the shipment date for the US, or 25 business days for Europe, please contact us. We will file an investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or a replacement.

Damaged items: Inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the medical device is damaged, take clear photos (including the outer box and the product) and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover return shipping for damaged items.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. However, we will keep you informed. If a delay exceeds 15 days beyond the maximum estimate, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
9. Shipping Restrictions

We ship only to the United States and European countries (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico).

Some medical devices may have additional import restrictions in your country. You are responsible for verifying that your chosen product can be legally imported into your jurisdiction.

We do not ship to countries under international sanctions.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be charged the actual return shipping fee (deducted from any refund) plus a re‑shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost ($45 for US, $25 for Europe). No refund will be issued for the original shipping cost.
11. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse to accept a package for any reason not due to our error (e.g., you do not want to pay customs duties, or you changed your mind), the package will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will refund the product price minus:
